The 2023 Royal Falcon Convocation will take place on August 11, 2023 from 7:45AM - 11AM at the Royal High School Performing Arts Center (PAC). Approximately 400 Royal ISD employees will be in attendance to kick off the new school year. All partners will be recognized on the district website and social media.

Opportunities Include:

- FULFILLED! Breakfast partner - The breakfast partnership includes tables on the stage in the cafeteria and is the most visible of the sponsors. The breakfast partner provides breakfast for approximately 400 attendees and assists in announcing the door prizes at the end of the Convocation presentations.

- FULFILLED! Drink Partner - Provide beverages for the event, including coffee, bottled juices, and bottled water for approximately 400 attendees. Estimated cost: $350

- Table partners - Share the story of what your organization offers by procuring a table around the perimeter of the cafeteria. Royal provides the tables, you make it yours. Make your table stand out with decorations and provide branded items to promote your organization during the breakfast portion of the event. (7:45AM - 9:00AM)

- Door prize partners ($25 - $100 per gift) - Provide door prize gifts for attendees. Door prizes will be awarded at the end of the Convocation presentations. We recommend that exhibitors who provide door prizes bring sign-in sheets for table visitors along with a basket/container, which can be used to draw for the winners. We invite door prize contributors to draw for their prize and present it to the lucky winner(s).

- Student Demonstrations - Cheerleaders, the Royal Sound Machine, health science students, theater, Jazettes, Falcon Flare, Nutrition Services, and other student groups are invited to display their skills to the attendees during the breakfast portion of the event.
