Archetype Themes has top notch customer service. Responsive, helpful, and goes above and beyond for their customers. The Impulse theme is super clean, strong feature set, and functions great. Note that the theme has limited menu options (has a multi-column mega menu or a drop down menu, no tabbed or other layouts).
They have always been very responsive when I have had an issue with Impulse theme.
I purchased Dune for my shopify store, it has lots of issues with the images and text not transitioning correctly into the mobile version. I have been trying to get assistance for 7 days now and have accomplished not a single thing. I get one response per 24 hours via email, feels like I'm back in 1990 trying to get help from AOL. This is CRAZY, as long as they get their money they could care less
