Relieved last week. 5 days shipping. Free battery actually arrived a day before the bike. With around 150 miles so far, bike has been perfect. I love how with the handlebar setup you ride more upright compared to other bikes. Quiet and smooth with a lot of power. We'll made and assembled. I couldn't be more pleased.

I've had the Aventure 2 for about 2 weeks. It arrived in pristine condition and took about 45 minutes to assemble, taking my time and double checking. The welds on the frame have got to be among the smoothest in the industry, and the finish is flawless. The location of the tail lights/brake lights is unique and very noticeable. It runs with good power and fast as well. The bike has been a series of pleasant discoveries and is a daily rider. This bike is comparable to high end bikes that costs much more, and there's 2 shops within 10 miles of home. Check it out,it's pretty sweet.

From shipping to riding, super happy with my aventon, so much so I just bought one for my wife! And the one small issue I did have was solved super quickly by customer support, which was awesome by the way. Bike feels great, fun to ride, and a fun way to get out and explore, especially if you have access to many hundreds of square miles of forest service land like I am lucky enough to have! Just can't say enough good things about Aventon, both the Aventure 2 and the company in general. My experience has exceeded expectations in every way. I finally look forward to riding again, great feeling!!

Seriously pissed off it rained today, Memorial Day (2nd day after owning). Holy Mother of God, I Love these bikes! From the moment we got on, we immediately considered them one of the best purchases made during retirement. I LOVE them. I could have never conceived how happy I am after making the overwhelming decision process. Holy.... (I purchased 2 - 1/R & 1/L).
I did have and suggest you have yours shipped to a local bike store. Set up a relationship in case you actually have a repair need moving forward.

"Some day" Isn't A Day Of The Week. I couldn't be happier with my purchasing decision close to 5k all in for 2 bikes. This investment in myself, Will, Change My Life without question.

I would suggest you have someone else receive and set up unless you knowledge level with e-bikes is solid. prefer to do your own work. I get it. I was that way for 60 years. v. Don't forget bike carriers . These bikes are TOO heavy for most / all regular bike racks. I used to load bags of cement into vehicles for years. My, how life has a way of changing your abilities. Ordered directly from Aventon after seeing a lot of them riding around the beach. Had it shipped to me and assembled it myself. It was packaged well and no damage whatsoever. Assembly video was very helpful and only a couple confusing steps. Like it says make sure the washer on the front hub was outside the fork. Well there were two washers so I was not sure if one should go inside or both outside. I ended up with both outside so I hope that was right. The front brakes seem a bit noisy, so I am a bit concerned about that. As for the ride, I love the way it flattens the up hill climbs. Ride and balance is good, obviously way heavier than my conventional Trek bike. My only complaint is that about a week after I buy it, it goes on sale for $200 less!
