DislikedThe bed, pillows, and chairs were extremely uncomfortable. The soap took forever to wash off. The toilet was low; I felt like I was going to fall on the floor when I sat down.

DislikedThe carpets were dirty as well as the couch was stained. The door to the room had a wet paint sign on it. they were unable to accommodate the rooms together and early check in which we requested. We were given the wrong wifi password.

DislikedArrived around 3am and found out the hot water at the shower didn’t work. And the shower pressure was horrible. I understand that it’s typical airport hotel but I spend $200 for one night and no decent shower and no breakfast included
