Description
- Identifying Mobile Data and Voice related issues of the Customers
- Analysis of the complaint using provided desktop tools and field visit team.
- identifying the optimum and cost-effective solution based on the analysis.
- identifying and executing optimization possibilities of the existing network to enhance coverage.
- customer location visit based on the solution type.
- coordinate field teams and installation teams to deliver the best customer solution and experience.
Entry Requirements
- The ideal candidate should posses a B.sc degree in Engineering in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics or Computer from recognized Sri Lankan University accredited by IESL
- Should possess a B.Tech from a University accredited by IESL An AMIE (SL
- NVQ level 5/IVQ level 5 qualification is a must :
- City and Guilds Advanced Diploma/HNDE/NDT/NDES/Diploma in Technology (OUSL)/Advanced Diploma in Telecommunications Technology/Advanced Diploma in Constructive Technology/National Diploma in Engineering Technology etc.
- Should have at least six Years post experience in the required field Electronics & (Telecommunications/Electronics/Electrical & Electronics or computer trade
