Michał, with his particular focus on IP, combines professional experience and legal education with a passion for new technologies and business.

In corporate law transactions, he focuses on the “big picture” – he identifies the risks of the transaction itself, as well as those related to the later functioning of the planned undertaking and proposes legal solutions with particular emphasis on the client’s business environment.

Michał has been aware of the potential boom in cryptocurrencies since day one – that’s why Wołoszański & Partners has been working alongside 47 foreign law firms for several years to prepare legal opinions and analyses for cryptocurrency clients.

Michał regularly participates as a presenter and moderator at the Alliott Global Alliance Cryptocurrency Roundtables - online meetings for the professionals all over the globe dedicated to cryptocurrency key changes and issues.

As an attorney-at-law he specialises in business law, specifically, new technology law and copyright law and cooperates with the IT industry on a daily basis (e.g., advise software producers for banks and insurance companies).

Michał completed his post-graduate studies at INSEAD Global Executive MBA and took part in a year-long educational programme on American law organised by the University of Florida and the University of Warsaw.

Timm Schneider, ZignSec’s CEO, has gained 20 years of international experience in the payment processing and the closely connected risk and compliance industry. He held various management positions in listed and regulated companies and has been involved in many spin-off, startup and merger & acquisition projects scaling systems from idea to mass market.

Michael Fasanello has a career spanning public and private sectors beginning with the United States Departments of Justice and the Treasury, US Department of Treasury and moving on to First National Bank, and PNC Bank. Michael served in various roles in the US Justice and Treasury Departments. During his work with FinCEN, he advised the Office of Regulatory Policy in developing and interpreting federal regulations under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Before that, he handled Global Economic Sanctions and embargo cases for the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). At PNC, Michael was an Assistant Vice President and Manager of Anti-Money Laundering and Global Sanctions. With First National, he oversaw a complete overhaul of the bank’s Sanctions program, from policy development to screening and adjudication. Michael is an experienced compliance professional with over a decade of experience in the public and private sectors. He specializes in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), global sanctions, and illicit finance matters, with a focus on the digital assets and blockchain intelligence space.

Nate Habermeyer, APR is an award-winning, accredited communications and marketing executive. In the last 15 years, Nate led B2B and B2C marketing strategies that delivered double-digit increases in awareness, users and sales for technology companies including Google and LG. As an entrepreneur, he devised branding, go-to-market and operational plans for fintech and biotech startups in Asia, Europe and North America, as well as providing strategic counsel to government officials from S. Korea and Chile. As the Head of Global Marketing and Communications at Blockchain Intelligence Group, Nate is responsible for brand awareness and marketing.
