Impressive event! Today’s joint meeting of the Innovation Groups #Proteins4Future & #Bioconversion was all about challenges in the sector of highly sustainable protein alternatives as well as on how fermentation can provide tasty and nutritious solutions for consumers. One key message "1+1 is more than 2"- it’s all about collaboration, partnerships and involving the whole value chain for alternative solutions, new ideas and projects.   👏 A big thanks to HES-SO Valais-Wallis, an incredible host of this event.
