Bacon and Beer Cheese Bread Bowl

Make any party spread more of a party with an Italian bread bowl overflowing with bacon and beer cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 large italian loaf
  • 10 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 12 ounces lager
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 packages thick-cut bacon, cooked and divided
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, for garnish
  • mixed vegetables, for dipping

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Hollow out the Italian loaf and place on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
