Portion of Saratoga Trail temporarily closed for work

Starting today, a portion of Saratoga Trail will be closed for rehabilitation.

The City announced Monday the closure will start near South Railway Street SE and continues until just south of the businesses along the Factory Street SE curve.

The work, which they say is expected to last up to five weeks, will address recurring ice buildup on the pathway in winter, making it safer for trail users in below freezing temperatures.

Patrons are asked to follow construction and closure signage in the area for their safety.

The City thanks residents for their patience and understanding as the necessary improvements are completed.
