Stressed!!! Can't access my account! Seems as though app is frozen???!!! Was working fine and suddenly the update notice is frozen on the screen. Don't know if I will have access after doing this rating. But why force customers to do a rating? That should be voluntary. I will check again to see my ease of access.

Log in options suck! Continously being logged out. When I reenter my pw, it's either 'invalid email' or 'incorrect pw' Like how ?! Its the same i have been using for ages!! Also I was assisted by an agent to log in a month ago... everything was okay until now... I'm logged out again and Same BS! when I enter the OTP it keeps saying ' acc locked' I just fed up rass

New app seems pretty good. But why the limitation of 6 accounts? Seems fairly arbitrary. If you allow accounts to be paid on behalf of someone else then it should be allowed to be added to the application. I pay the bills on behalf of my immediate and extended family and that limit would make it very difficult to get an accurate overview of the status of accounts that fall outside of already registered amounts. Makes it a 3 star rating for me.

Hi Sunildev, Thank you for your review, the reason for the cap was to ensure that the app is loading as fast as possible. We are currently working on a fix to allow customers to add more accounts and that update will be available soon :)
