                       కొత్త ఆధార్ కార్డు, బాల ఆధార్, PVC ఆధార్ కార్డు, బయోమెట్రిక్, కొత్తగా నమోదు,ఆధార్ ఆపరేటర్ సమస్యలు, ఆధార్ పోర్టల్, ఆధార్ మొబైల్ అప్లికేషన్ మరియు ఆధార్ అప్డేట్ అనగా మొబైల్ నెంబర్, పేరు, చిరునామా, ఇమెయిల్, బయోమెట్రిక్ ఇలా ఏ సర్వీస్ లొ సమస్య లు ఉన్న ఫిర్యాదు చేసుకునే అవకాశం ఉంది.

ఫిర్యాదును ఆన్లైన్ చేయు విధానము :

Step 1 : ముందుగా  కింద ఇవ్వబడిన లింక్ పై క్లిక్ చేయండి.

Step 2 : File a complaint అనే ఆప్షన్ పై క్లిక్ చేయండి.

Step 3 : ఎవరి తరుపున ఫిర్యాదు చేస్తున్నారో వారి వివరాలు ఎంటర్ చేయాలి.

• Full Name (పూర్తి పేరు)
• Mobile Number (మొబైల్ నెంబర్)
• E-mail ID (ఇమెయిల్ ఐడి) (లేకపోతే అవసరం లేదు)
• Complaint For(Self/Other) (ఎవరి తరుపున ఫిర్యాదు చేస్తున్నారు) (మీకు / వేరొకరికి)
• Complaint Type (ఫిర్యాదు రకము)
• Complaint Category (ఫిరుడు కేటగిరీ)
• Upload Document (ఏదైనా డాక్యుమెంట్ ఉంటే అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి)
• Type Message (సందేశం ఎంటర్ చేయండి)
• Enter Captcha Code (కోడ్ ఎంటర్ చేయాలి)

తరువాత Next పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి.

Complaint Type (ఫిర్యాదు రకము)

1. Aadhaar Letter/PVC Status
2. Aadhaar PVC Card not received
3. Aadhaar letter not received after 90 days of enrolment
4. money is deducted and PVC Card order is failed
5. Placed an order for PVC but didn't received order number

Complaint Category (ఫిరుడు కేటగిరీ)

1.Aadhaar Letter/PVC Status

• Aadhaar PVC Card not received
• Aadhaar letter not received after 90 days of enrolment
• money is deducted and PVC Card order is failed
• Placed an order for PVC but didn't received order number

2.Authentication issue

• Even after successful Aadhaar update my old details are still reflecting on newly downloaded Aadhaar
• Getting error while trying to Authenticate
• I am facing issues with m-Aadhaar
• Recently updated phone number but not receiving OTP on the same

3.Enrolment Related

• My enrolment got rejected due to bolometric issue

4.Operator/Enrolment Agency

• Area pincode is not available/mismatched
• Bank/Post Office are providing services only to account holders
• Enrolment agency is listed on UIDAI website but not available at the mentioned location
• Enrolment agency is not available in my area

5.Portal/ Application Issue

• Appointment portal is not working
• Check Aadhaar status es functionality is not working

6.Update Related

• Acknowledgement receipt not received after successful payment
• Getting No Description while checking status of update request
• Mobile number update request is under process for more than 30 days
• No status available after 30 days for online update request
• OTP not received on registered phone number
• Can I update my local language through Update dhaar online Service?

తరువాత రసీదు డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవాలి. అందులో SRN నెంబర్ ఉంటుంది. ఆ నెంబర్ Save చేసుకోవాలి.

ఫిర్యాదు స్టేటస్ తెలుసుకునే విధానము :

Step 1 :Home పేజీ లొ Check Complaint Status పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి.

Step 2 : Enter SRN లొ ఫిర్యాదు చేసాక వచ్చిన SRN నెంబర్ ను ఎంటర్ చేయాలి.Captcha కోడ్ ఎంటర్ చేసి Submit పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి. స్టేటస్ చూపిస్తుంది.
