Doyin is a psychologist, scholar practitioner, regular media contributor and multi-award winner in recognition of her innovative methodologies and pioneering work in promoting inclusion and excellence in organisations. She is CEO and Founder of Delta, a leadership and inclusion consultancy and her previous roles include Dean of the Rhodes Scholarship at the University of Oxford, and Director of the Gender, Leadership & Inclusion Centre at Cranfield School of Management, where she was Reader (Associate Professor). Doyin is the Academic Adviser on the UK-government backed Parker Review Committee, as well as a member of the Co-op’s  Diversity and Inclusion Think Tank. Doyin is an Honorary Fellow at Trinity College, University of Oxford and has extensive experience in coaching, executive education, and programme design. She was recognised in People Management magazine's Top 20 Diversity and Inclusion ‘Power List’ for 2020 and has won numerous awards for excellence in academic publications.

Dr Sabine Dembkowski is the Founder and Managing Partner of Better Boards Limited and hosts the Better Boards podcast series.

Better Boards is a service provider for board evaluation and development programmes. Together with her Tech team, she has created an innovative digital platform companies can use as part of their external board evaluation and access for their internal evaluation. Her clients include FTSE100, FTSE250, DAX40, and NASDAQ and Private Equity backed organisations.

Her research into board effectiveness has been peer-reviewed and published internationally.

Before founding Better Boards, Sabine worked as a leadership advisor, contributed to the leadership programmes at London Business School, and worked for management consultancies Kearney and Monitor Company (now part of Deloitte).

We’re excited to announce an evening of lessons in leadership, with Nemonte Nenquimo.

Nemonte is the first female leader of an Indigenous tribe ever. Nemonte grew up as part of the Waorani tribe of Ecuador’s Amazonian rainforest, emerging as one of the most powerful voices in climate-change activism.

She spearheaded the alliance of indigenous nations across the Upper Amazon and led her people to a landmark victory against Big Oil, protecting half a million acres of primary rainforest from being despoiled.

Namonte is the co-founder of both the Indigenous-led non-profit Ceibo Alliance, and its partner organisation, Amazon Frontlines. Namonte’s achievements are widely recognised. In 2020, she was awarded the Goldman Environmental Prize for Central and South America, was one of the BBC 100 Women and one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential People in the World. She was named top ‘Defender’ in TIME’s 100 Climate list of 2023.

Her memoir, We Will Not Be Saved, written with her husband Mitch Anderson, comes out in June 2024, unflinchingly telling the story of Namonte’s ancestral history, early life, and her experience leading and uniting Amazonian tribes.

<div class="TypographyPresentation TypographyPresentation--m RichText3-paragraph--withVSpacingNormal RichText3-paragraph">Annamarie is a British rower and sports administrator. She competed in the 1996 Summer Olympics and was the Chairman of British Rowing between 2013-2018.</div>

Tap into a more relaxed state and join us for a sound immersion and gentle Yin Yoga practice, perfect for unblocking negative energy. We'll guide you through a journey of self-discovery- opening your chakras and allowing your body&rsquo;s energy to flow. Once you&rsquo;ve completed your movement session, luxuriate in sound healing and guided meditation.
&nbsp;Kavita will kick start the session with a rejuvenating Yin Yoga practise. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, passive form of yoga which incorporates the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Meridian theory. The postures in Yin Yoga are held for longer periods of time so you can truly relax into them for the full benefit of the movement. &nbsp;
&nbsp;Holly will continue the deep relaxation session with the use of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls and various percussion instruments. With a focus on tapping into your parasympathetic nervous system and altering your state of consciousness to experience deep meditation, Holly will help you connect to your theta brain wave frequency, inducing a deep, meditative state of mind.
&nbsp;During the session you&rsquo;ll find connection to your higher self, tapping into a whole new you, harmonising and restoring your body&rsquo;s natural state of being. Therapeutic sounds have been shown to regulate the bodies stress or pain responses, as well as having a positive effect on your heart and respiratory system. Holly and Kavita's session is for anyone struggling with daily stress and anxiety looking for a more relaxed mind, body, and soul.

About Kavita
Kavita is an Embodiment, Breath, Mentor and Psychedelic Integration Coach. Her practice focuses on helping people recognise their subconscious patterns, so they can become more connected and at ease with their bodies.
&nbsp;After training to become a wedding planner, Kavita realised she felt lost in both her career and personal life. Prior to training as a yoga specialist, she often felt a disconnect between mind and body, she now centres her practice around helping others find the connections she found through yoga. Kavita has a Msc in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology. She also has a Bsc (Hons) in Psychology and has trained as a yoga teacher for over 600 hours.

Holly embodies all things well-being. She is a certified Sound Healer, Breathwork Practitioner, Facial Therapist, and Mindfulness Life Coach. She believes in creating a safe environment for people to learn and thrive.
&nbsp;She guides her clients through 1:1 classes, group sessions, private corporate experiences, and luxury bespoke services. She has worked with Ailse 8 pr, Wild Roots, Jamie Dornan, Ameilia Warner, GHD, Hunter Collective and the Lucie app team.
