Merchants highly recommend this app for enhancing operational efficiency and sales through effective product and inventory management across multiple Shopify stores. It features real-time inventory updates, easy setup, and can handle large volumes of SKUs. The customer support is responsive and helpful, crucial for troubleshooting and setup. Its user-friendly interface is accessible for all technical levels, making it easier to connect with suppliers and manage inventory.
Syncio integrates well into our shopify and has been really easy to use. We reached out to their support for questions we had, and they responded within 15 minutes. They were super kind and answered all of our questions.
It's a consistently problematic app. Prices, stocks, and product statuses are absolutely never updated. We've received many complaints. Customer service is terrible; they blame the Shopify APIs. Problems are constant. Try alternatives. We're also canceling our subscription. We're paying for it, but not receiving the service.

Thank you for the honest feedback. We have sent a reply to your latest message and issued a refund for the trouble.
We have found unusual bulk update spikes which could have delayed the syncing of product attributes.
Also if the latest issue is also related to availability (active or draft) statuses, we can take another look. It is possible we missed something specific, since some of your source store partners are not on the latest Syncio version yet.
When we mentioned that some of the problems were related to changes in the Shopify API, our intention was not to close the book on this case.
Regardless, if you decide to switch to another syncing app, we would love to do a final check to ensure the transfer is smooth and issue-free.
Given that some of the issues are related to API limits being reached it is possible this is universal information that can help with a future syncing integration.

Really good customer service. They helped work out the kinks when setting up the products between the stores and worked with us through the test purchases to make sure it all went smoothly. Highly recommend syncio.
