MGM Springfield raked in $24M in July

SPRINGFIELD — MGM Springfield reported $23.5 million in gross gaming revenue from slots and table games in July, according to figures released today by the state Gaming Commission.

It’s a strong showing for the casino as it nears its fifth anniversary later this month. MGM Springfield’s gross gaming revenue was $22.2 million in June, $23 million in May and $24 million in April, and had been coming off record results in the fourth quarter of 2022 and first quarter of this year.

The casino had gross gaming revenue of $21.5 million in July 2022; July 2021 was slightly higher than last month, at $23.7 million.
