We take tremendous pride in the fact that Orchard House derives its visitation from all 50 states and more than 30 countries!  Those who wish to guarantee tickets for a specific day and time are urged to make Timed-Entry reservations below, but we also accommodate as many "walk-ins" as possible.  We look forward to seeing you soon!

Begin your Timed-Entry reservation by finding an available date and time using the calendar icon below.  Scroll through applicable admission categories, select your tickets, and provide contact and payment information.  (Please note:  Each member of your party must have a ticket reserved — even babies and other free/discounted admissions.) Your transaction will be completed via an encrypted payment process, and a receipt will be emailed to you.  Please bring it with you (on your smart phone or as a print-out), along with any documentation needed for a discount you may have claimed.  All tickets must be validated at our Front Desk prior to your entry time. 

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:  In addition to limiting tour capacities, installing air purifiers for our geothermal climate control system, and maintaining cleanliness, Orchard House is a "mask-friendly" site, but face masks are optional for entry.  Thank you for your cooperation.  We look forward to seeing you!

• Timed-Entry reservations for the current day close at 6:00 am EST; therefore, no current-day timeslots are available online, but "walk-in" visitors can often be accommodated.
• Timed-Entry reservations cannot be made by phone, and timeslot availability cannot be commented upon by phone or email; there are no waiting lists.
• Timed-Entry reservations are not refundable, but are transferable to any future date; request a cancellation/transfer via [email protected].
• If Orchard House must close due to inclement weather, public health concerns,  etc., ticketholders would be notified by email about re-scheduling and all pre-paid admission fees applied toward a future visit.

• Organized groups of more than 10 persons (motor coach tours, schools, scouts, book clubs, church youth groups, etc.) should not reserve via Timed-Entry; instead, contact [email protected] at least six weeks in advance.
