Corporate Partner ClickHelp Releases Major Update
(August 3. 2022) - This month, ClickHelp, a cloud-based authoring tool for creating and managing content, released the next version of their application, "Echo Update." Echo provides four key enhancements that benefit both the developer and the end-user.
A high-interest feature of this new release is the ability to migrate content from Atlassian's Confluence Server or Data Center to a cloud solution. ClickHelp is more robust and has a feature set that is much more stable than Confluence Cloud. While no migration is 100% perfect, ClickHelp's migration option provides more consistent results and saves months of manual work. If you are facing the task of moving from Confluence Server or Data Center, ClickHelp is the tool to give due consideration.
