Returns & Refund Policy


At Prints of Love, we understand the importance of printed materials for your important life moments. Our Print with Confidence program promises absolute satisfaction with your final product, so you can print with peace of mind. The program includes a thorough review of your files and order notes by two design professionals before printing to ensure every detail is perfect. Our design team will contact you if they catch any issues and confirm that you approve of any changes before printing. The program also covers free reprints within 7 days of receipt of your order if your item has any print or quality defects that should be covered in our Design Review Process. At Prints of Love, your satisfaction is our unwavering commitment. In addition, this fee contributes $1 for each order to One Tree Planted to help restore our environment. That's our Print with Confidence promise.

Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as it has not entered the print production stage. Please keep in mind that the majority of orders are sent to print within a few hours of placement. Once an order has reached the print stage, it cannot be canceled.

Event Disruption Reprint Guarantee

If your event is postponed, moved, or canceled, Prints of Love will provide a single-use, unique reprint code for 50% off your next order (up to the amount of the original order).

Restrictions:

  • Discount code is single-use and can be used to reprint items for the same event. If the original event was canceled, code may be used for an unrelated event or occasion.
  • The 50% discount applies up to the subtotal amount of the original order.
  • Offer does not apply to taxes, shipping, or handling fees
  • The name, email, and shipping/billing address on the reprint order must match the original order.
    The coupon code is linked to the email address associated with the original order and cannot be used with any alternative email addresses.
  • Only one reprint code will be issued per original order.

To receive your reprint code:

  • Email hello@printsoflove.com with your original order number and the reason the event was postponed, moved, or canceled.

Returns

The products sold by Prints of Love are custom printed and therefore not eligible for returns.

However, if the printed items are clearly defective due to an error with a printing process or if they were damaged during shipping, the order may be eligible for a courtesy reprint. If you believe this may be the case with your order, please review the Reprints / Refunds section below. Please provide your contact details, order number, and digital images depicting any damage or defects. Customers are required to report issues within 7 days of the order being delivered to the provided address.

Reprints / Refunds

To qualify for a reprint or refund, inform Prints of Love by emailing hello@printsoflove.com within 7 days of the order being delivered to the provided address. “Delivered” is defined by the shipping company tracking timestamp.

Please include:

  • Your contact information
  • Order number
  • Photos showing any damage or defects

Upon receiving your email detailing concerns with your order, we will review the photos you submitted and may reach out to you for further clarification.
If a reprint is authorized, it will be produced in the next production run and dispatched using our complimentary shipping. Reprints will only be shipped via Express 1-2 day shipping if the original order was shipped via Express or if the client pays for Express shipping for the reprint.

If time does not allow for a reprint prior to the event, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. If agreed by both parties, Prints of Love may fully/partially refund the order rather than issuing a reprint. Upon initiation of a refund, you can expect to receive the credit within 2-3 days, though the timeframe is primarily subject to your card issuer's policies.


Typos/Misspellings

Prints of Love carefully examines each file for correct sizing and resolution to ensure the highest quality for printing. The client is responsible for the uploaded final design, including layout, content, and text. Typos or any other potential design-related errors are also the responsibility of the client.

Should there be a need for a reprint due to a design error, don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll collaborate with you to find a resolution.

Shipping

The cost and terms of shipping orders will be made available in the shopping cart during checkout. “Free Shipping” only applies to standard ground shipping in the contiguous United States. An additional charge will be applied to any shipments outside the contiguous United States and for all expedited shipping. Prints of Love is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is not delivered per published timelines and/or returned to Prints of Love due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, the client is not eligible for a refund. Nonetheless, should there be a delay in the delivery of your order, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll offer any assistance within our capacity.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address 

Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address as provided by the client. Upon receiving the returned order at our facility, Prints of Love will reship the order to the corrected address at no extra charge. Reshipped orders will be sent via our complimentary shipping, including orders that were initially shipped via 1-2 day USPS Priority Express. If the client would like the order reshipped via expedited shipping, an additional expedited shipping fee would be applicable.
