Client Success & Marketing Coordinator

Position Description


The Client Success & Marketing Coordinator will help execute the company’s sales and marketing strategy for the respective regions assigned to them, including but not limited to the US, UK, Western Europe, and Australia. The role will be responsible for assisting in building and developing a strong pipeline of sales opportunities through a combination of mining existing accounts and contacts, as well as identifying new prospects.

The Client Success & Marketing Coordinator represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product / service awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends. This is a full-time, remote, and benefits-eligible position that will require flexible working hours at times, and as required to work with different teams across different regions.

Responsibilities

Marketing Support (50%)

  • Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
  • Help to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service offering
  • Set and maintain marketing schedules and PM tools to coordinate with colleagues and external parties to implement strategies across multiple channels
  • Effectively communicate with target audiences and build and develop client relationships
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
  • Liaison with external partners and associations
  • Develop and execute social media calendar and content strategy

Sales Administration (25%)

  • Conduct lead prospecting activities to identify potential clients and opportunities
  • Manage CRM (HubSpot) data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Develop and manage sales sequences to engage prospects effectively
  • Assist in sales reporting and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Partner Relations (25%)

  • Assist in identifying and engaging potential partners aligned with REdirect's objectives
  • Support due diligence and negotiation processes for establishing partnerships
  • Maintain regular cadence with vendors and strategic partners, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items
  • Organize and maintain records of partnership communications, agreements, and activities
  • Provide administrative support for partnership-related tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements
  • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Liaise with external partners and associations to foster collaboration and drive mutual growth

Requirements/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Experience in Canva and other graphic design tools
  • Experience in social media management
  • Creativity and an eye for detail
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Drive and self-motivation
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
  • Ability to set goals and monitor performance
  • Real estate industry experiences a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
