New York

We are continuing to work with the bill sponsor to make edits and partner with organizations around the state.

New Jersey

We are continuing to monitor and track NJ Bill A5731. We’re working with bill sponsors and organizations around NJ to oppose this bill.

We also are continuing to work towards amending the limited-scope RT requirements in NJ. We are working on meeting with local legislators and partner organizations around the state.

Round 1 of the NYC Jurisdictional Risk Assessment! Round 1 consists of the Preparedness Capability Survey, which addresses New York City’s preparedness capabilities as outlined by the CDC.
