Having worked under world renowned dermatologist Dr. Fredric Brandt, her innovative facial techniques and treatment combinations are tailored to each client in a progressive, never aggressive approach. Her knowledge of dermatology and skincare ingredients deliver optimal results, always complimented with a feeling of relaxation and zen. In addition to her private practice, Melissa has also developed and patented her own non-toxic plant based growth factor serum, MFx, universal for all skin types from acne to anti-aging and is actively growing her skincare line. One part executive, 1 part tanning guru and 1 part makeup artist equals our Beauty Director, Mel.  With over 10 years experience in the beauty business, Mel brings an attentive management style and innovative vision to our team. After completing her fashion degree in Miami, Mel immersed herself in the South Florida Beauty industry and worked as a Sales and Education Executive for top beauty brands including Bare Escentuals, Kevyn Aucoin and Becca.  A master at growing luxury brands and spas, Mel ensures consistent excellence of our flawless services and product edits. In addition to her role, Mel is also a licensed aesthetician and our in house makeup artist and tanning expert.

Joining Melissa Fox from NYC, Marissa Roque is a licensed esthetician helping clients age gracefully since 2010. Trained at the Dermalogica Academy and the International Dermal Institute in New York City, Marissa’s passion for skin care shines through her clients’ glowing results. Marissa believes the key to achieving flawless skin is a combination of personalized facials, cutting edge technology and at-home skincare regimens tailored to the specific needs of the individual. Her main goal - having her clients look and feel their best even without makeup, revealing a healthy, youthful glow.

Joining us from Italy, Denise is a Biologique Recherche specialist with over 12 years experience in luxury spas worldwide where she developed her signature “glow“ technique. Denise refined her expertise working with all skin types at various resorts in Italy and Denmark and has been based in Miami for the past 5 years working in some of Miami’s top resorts.

Denise is dedicated to helping her clients achieve red carpet ready skin on a daily basis by implementing products that allow them to feel comfortable and beautiful in their own skin.

Cristina is a licensed esthetician and the former Editor-in-Chief for LNE & Spa Magazine. After years of educating her fellow skin care professionals through articles, seminars and international conferences, Cristina has a wealth of knowledge and passion to share with her flawless clients.

Cristina believes that true change in the skin comes from a combination of targeted facial treatments and a dedicated skin care routine, with expert level understanding of how active ingredients work together to bring Flawless results!

Originally from Moscow and joining Melissa Fox from NYC, Julia came to the US 15 years ago. A seasoned makeup artist, she knows that beautiful makeup starts with beautiful skin and this is what drove her to become an esthetician.

Julia has worked in top luxury spas before relocating to Miami. Her passion is results oriented facials, gentle extractions and her signature lifting massage techniques that keeps her clients coming back for more.

Trained in Russia and joining Flawess from NYC, Irina is highly trained as a nurse and licensed esthetician. Her 15 years of experience in skincare show in every facial she performs.

Irina is passionate about listening to her clients' skincare concerns, and helping find their way to healthy skin. She specializes in results oriented facials, dermaplaning, and lifting massage techniques.

Joanna chose the beauty industry because she is passionate about skincare, loves meeting people, and helping them look and feel their best.

Joanna specializes in gentle extractions, facial massage, lymphatic drainage, and Gua Sha.

Stephanie is a licensed esthetician guiding clients to achieve a flawless glow. She became an esthetician following years of working to manage her very own rosacea. After meticulously researching medical-grade products and in-spa treatments, her rosacea has virtually vanished and has rebuilt a healthy skin barrier. Stephanie has a first-hand understanding of the importance of feeling comfortable in your own skin. Her philosophy centers around the idea that just like we care for our health, our physical body, etc., our skin should be no different.
Training exclusively under Melissa Fox, Stephanie will be able to recommend the best treatment based on your skin's needs. Her goal is to make you feel beautiful and confident, even with a bare face. Through her heavenly massage and treatments, you will step out of Stephanie's treatment room feeling relaxed, renewed and radiant.

Acquiring expert knowledge from working as a retail specialist at Flawless, Adrian has grown a tremendous passion for clearing skin and helping clients age in reverse. Joining Melissa Fox from NYC, Nineta has over 20+ years of experience working at the finest day spas. Receiving facial training at the prestigious Christine Valmy International Esthetic School, Nineta's techniques are filled with confidence and good energy.
Nineta is dedicated to customizing treatments for total rejuvenation, pigmentation and acne.

With over 20 years of experience in massage therapy at top spas and resorts, Karin is a seasoned pro with expert technique, combining multiple modalities for the ultimate customized massage experience.

With her warm energy and truly magic touch, she is the perfect addition to our team!

Vicky brings many years of spa experience to Flawless. Working at top spas in Miami and NYC, Vicky radiates positive energy and five star customer service, ensuring a Flawless experience. Fun fact: Melissa Fox and Vicky worked together many years ago at a luxury Miami spa. During this time, Vicky often observed Melissa’s passion and great skill in aesthetics which then sparked her journey of love for Flawless skincare.

Dari started her Flawless journey as a client when we first opened the location. While we helped her clear her acne she fell in love with skincare and became our very first spa conceirge. She moved to Tampa for a few years then moved back to Miami and rejoined the Flawless family. She said “ When planning to move back to Miami I asked myself.. Where was I the happiest? And Melissa Fox and the Flawless team was the first thing that came to mind”. Dari brings in her business administrative and customer service expertise as well as being extremely knowledgeable in all of our brands.

Her intrigue and passion for the beauty and wellness industry attracted her to Melissa Fox and her team. Relocating to Miami from Houston, TX, CJ brings with her 20 plus years of national operations experience in the Multifamily industry. Working for boutique developers, national management companies, and being a part of the first and only leasing management company to exist world wide, CJ puts her skill set into Flawless by Melissa Fox.
Learning about her new industry from the ground up has been a great privilege and knowledge she wishes to share with the world. Beauty truly starts from the inside out.
