Your Key Responsibilities:

• Administration of training manuals & process documentation
• Planning + execution of product & system trainings for 1st & 2nd Level Support
• Ticket management in Jira & Service Now (reporting of technical problems)
• On-demand reporting & root cause analysis of various Customer Care topics
• Liaison for different departments for projects or new features (end consumer related)
• Project integration support
• Creation & ownership of various improvement initiatives

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:

• A+ levels or equivalent academic degree
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in similar position
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
• Experience with data visualization (Tableau, Splunk) and data query (SQL)
• Experience of working with CRM systems
• Customer- and service-oriented personality
• Independent, collaborative and pro-active working style
• Excellent team player, who works well under pressure
• Excellent creative, analytical & communications skills
• Hands-on mentality & an international mindset
• Full proficiency English, additional language skills advantageous (i.e. Spanish)
