Invoices are extremely customisable through an easy-to-use interface. I've been using them for a few years now and the last year or so they have performed very reliably (previous to that there was the odd syncing error). Customer service is happy to help with any questions / issues, I have contacted them twice now and they were friendly and fast.
The UI was very frustrating to use. Constantly not saving information inputted
Reported issued was resolved very switfly and Mia was very quick in explaining the issue and provided the solution very switfly.
