A. EDUCATIONAL

(i) A recognized Veterinary qualification included in the first schedule or second schedule of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1982 * (Number 52 of 1984)

(ii) Should be registered with the State Veterinary Council or Indian Veterinary Council.

Note 1 Qualification are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.

General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted, Non-Ministerial. The post is permanent.

Post : Prosecutor

As per 7th CPC, Level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100/-) in the Pay Matrix (Total emoluments excluding T.A. & HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 47,600/- plus DA as applicable per month approximately.)

Not exceeding 30 years for General and EWS category candidates as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 35 years for Scheduled caste and Schedule tribe candidates and not exceeding 33 years for other Backward class candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. A. EDUCATIONAL-
(i) Graduate in any discipline plus bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University or Institute
OR
(ii) Integrated graduate in Law (5 years duration) from a recognized University or Institute.

B. EXERIENCE-
For Graduate in any discipline plus bachelor’s degree in Law Holders-
One year experience in handling litigation & court matters/administration of Law in a Government organization.
OR
For Integrated graduate in Law (5 years duration) Holders-
2 years’ experience in handing litigation & court matters/administration of Law in a Government organization.

Note 1- Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidate otherwise well qualified.

Note 2- The qualification(s) regarding experience is/are relaxable at the discretion of Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates belonging to Schedule Caste or Schedule Tribes, if at any stage of selection the Union Public Service Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.

Specialist Grade III (General Medicine)-28 Posts

Level-11 (Rs. 67700-208700) plus NPA as applicable.

Not exceeding 40 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 45 years for Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Not exceeding 43 years for Other Backward Classes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/ U.T. Government Servant upto Five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. A. EDUCATIONAL-

(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).

(ii) Post-graduate Degree or diploma in the concerned speciality or Super-speciality mentioned in Section-A in Schedule-VI of CHS amendment Rules 2019 i.e.

Section-A
Doctor of Medicine (Medicine) or Doctor of Medicine (General Medicine) or Diplomate National Board (Medicine/General Medicine).

Note 1- Any Post Graduate Degree or Diploma awarded by any Indian Universities, included in or excluded from, the schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956), consequent to recognition granted or withdrawn by Government of India as per provisions of the said Act shall be deemed to have been included or excluded accordingly from the Schedule –VI.

Note 2 – The Post Graduate Medical Qualifications awarded by Indian Universities, must have been included in the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) for the purpose of Schedule-VI.

Note 3- The Controlling Authority may, in consultation with the Commission, include any medical qualification in Part A, Part B, Part C or Part D of Schedule.

Note 4- DNB qualification is subject to the provisions of the requirement prescribed in Minimum Qualifications for Teachers in Medical Institutions (Amendment) Regulations 2012, amendment Notification No. MCI-12(2)/2010-Med. Misc dated 11.06.2012 or as amended from time to time.

Note 5- The Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the U.P.S.C., for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.

B. EXPERIENCE
(i) Three years’ experience in the concerned Speciality or super-specialty after obtaining the first Post-Graduate degree or 5 years’ experience after obtaining the Post-Graduate Diploma.

Note-1- Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.) or Magister Chirurgiae (M.Ch.) qualification of three years’ duration shall be counted towards requirement of experience in the concerned broad speciality.

Note-2- Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.) or Magister Chirurgiae (M.Ch.) of five years’ durations shall be taken as three years for completion of post graduate degree and the last two years of the said Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.) or Magister Chirurgiae (M.Ch.) shall be counted towards requirement of teaching experience.

Note 3- The qualification(s) regarding experience is/are relaxable at the discretion of the U.P.S.C, for reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes if at any stage of selection the U.P.S.C is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.

Group ‘A’ Central Health Service, Non-Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre. The post is permanent.

Assistant Professor (Ayurveda), Bal Roga (Kaumarbhritya)-01 Post

Age Not exceeding 50 years for Schedule Caste as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/ U.T. Government Servant upto Five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. Essential Qualification (s) A. EDUCATIONAL-

(i) Degree in Ayurveda Medicine from a University established by law or statutoy board/faculty/examining body of Indian Medicine or equivalent as recognized under Indian Medicine Central Council Act 1970.

(ii) A Post Graduate Degree in the subject/specialty concerned included in the schedule of Indian Medicine Central Council Act 1970.

NOTE

  1. In case of non availability of post-graduate degree holder teachers in required specialty of Ayurveda, the Doctor of Medicine in the allied disciplines will be considered. The details of the allied subjects are as follows Prasuti & striroga/Kayachikitsa.
  2. Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of UPSC in case of the candidate otherwise well qualified.

General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted, Non-Ministerial. The post is temporary but likely to continue indefinitely.

Assistant Professor (Unani), Moalajat-01 Posts

Pay Scale Pay Band-3 (Rs. 15,600-39,100) plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- plus NPA (pre-revised)/As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix (10th Pay Level) plus NPA

Age Not exceeding 48 years for OBC as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/ U.T. Government Servant upto Five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time.
