After a house break in I needed a house alarm and camera for peace of mind..after searching for several quotes West Mercia were the most professional and cost effective.
The lady on the phone was very nice and reassuring after explaining what had happened - I felt like she truly cared.

The work men that came were reliable, friendly and tidy in my home, the were respectful, polite and professional. Also caring about the situation that had happened.

The quality of the system and cameras are amazing and I'm 100% happy with the outcome.

Have used West Mercia since 1986 ( OMG) when I got my first house, & that says it all. They are efficient, knowledgeable, hard working & punctual. Have recommended to lots of friends & family over the years & wouldn’t use any one else. Always at the end of phone for support & advice too. They continually change & evolve their products to suit the ever changing market. Can’t recommend this fantastic company enough. To be honest have known Lee so long it’s like having your mate round for a cuppa 😂😂

was a bit fed up with old alarm company, not getting a very good service, even though been with them for over 20 years.
already got a home alarm with west Mercia, so gave them an opportunity to quote for our 2 factories alarm systems,
received quote, they turned up and sorted with no problems also carried out other works for us.

From the initial survey to the installation Tom and his team were extremely professional and replaced my CCTV and door entry system to an excellent standard.
No wires showing. All work was carried out to a high standard. Would definitely recommend.

Lee, Tom and the team have looked after our home alarm for years. They have recently updated that with the HomeControl2 system as well as installing security cameras, installing network cables and boosting our wifi throughout the house.

The work is done to the highest standards and all the tech is installed and explained by them. Highly recommended.

Lee, Tom and the lads at West Mercia have recently completed a large commercial fitting of CCTV and access control at our unit. The service, quality and communication was spot on. We have been well looked after by this family run business for many years. If only every business was run in the same way. You ring them up, they answer no holding on for ages being told that your' call is important'!! You arrange a date and time, they arrive on time. They complete the job and tidy up after. The lads are reliable, professional and friendly.

Cannot speak highly enough of this company. Rang to report a faulty cctv camera and the next day an engineer arrived just after 9am to investigate.
Very soon after he found a faulty power supply and an ingress of debris inside the actual camera, both being replaced. Both components were shown to me. Thank you for such prompt service and I would highly recommend this company.

We inherited a West Mercia Security alarm system when we moved in to our house about 6 years ago and it had always been trouble free.
We recently booked a service with them and they were fantastic. The engineer was incredibly knowledgable and helpful and set up additional features on our system for us.
The pricing was really decent and even though there were some additional small parts that were required, these were very fairly priced.
I’d have no hesitation recommending West Mercia Security Ltd to anyone. Very honest, reliable and trustworthy.

Lee at West Mercia Security is great to deal with. It's important to me to only use people I trust to enter my house to install and then service my alarm; I trust Lee as he has a family-run and well-established business.

Lee has put alarms with text alerts in two of my properties, which allows me to go on holiday in the knowledge that I know if my alarm is going off. I also have fobs, which make it easy to set/unset the alarm when I'm in a rush or have bags full of shopping.
