Water Bottle with Chug Cap Offer: Upon the aggregate purchase by an end user of at least 50 FUJIFILM LTO Ultrium 9, 150 FUJIFILM LTO Ultrium 8, 200 FUJIFILM LTO Ultrium 7, OR 250 FUJIFILM LTO Ultrium 6 data tapes from an authorized distributor or reseller of FUJIFILM Recording Media U.S.A., Inc. (“Fujifilm”) during the period from September 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023 (the "Promotional Period"), and upon on-line offer redemption, Fujifilm will provide the redeeming end-user purchaser with one (1) FREE Patagonia Better Sweater® Fleece Vest (MSRP: USD $119) and (1) FREE YETI RAMBLER® 18 oz. Water Bottle with Chug Cap (MSRP $30 color mar vary) by mail; shipping cost included at standard ground rates. Limit five (5) of each Patagonia Better Sweater® Fleece Vest (MSRP $119) and YETI RAMBLER® 18 oz Water Bottle with CHUG CAP (MSRP $30 color may vary) per end user purchaser. To qualify, media formats may not be mixed, and the referenced aggregate minimum quantities of the specified, applicable data tapes must be purchased during the Promotional Period. Prior purchases, back-ordered product purchases, purchases made outside the continental U.S. and purchases made by Fujifilm distributors or resellers are not eligible for this promotion. To receive your Patagonia Better Sweater® Fleece Vest and YETI RAMBLER® 18 oz Water Bottle with Chug Cap, after completing the necessary aggregate purchases, submit completed claim form located at https://bit.ly/3TAiVkP together with copies of all applicable invoices evidencing the relevant FUJFILM LTO ULTRIUM 6, 7, 8 or 9 data tape purchases made from an authorized Fujifilm distributor or reseller during the Promotional Period, to Fujifilm’s program administrator at: [email protected] for receipt on or before 11:59 p.m. EST on January 1, 2024. Claims and purchase documentation are subject to verification. Redemption claim will be disqualified if provided invoice documentation is not sufficient as determined by program administrator. Claims received after January 1, 2024 will not qualify. Please allow up to four (4) weeks for promotion processing and for Fujifilm's shipment of Patagonia Better Sweater® Fleece Vest and YETI RAMBLER® 18 oz Water Bottle with Chug Cap, which will be shipped by Fujifilm, at its expense, to the end user provided business address (no P.O. Boxes allowed) in the continental U.S. via standard USPS ground shipping. Allow an additional two (2) weeks for delivery after shipment. Offer is void where prohibited.
