Future Focus Foundation - RSVP for November 16, 2022 STEM Educators' Event

On November 16, 2022 from 3:45-5:30, the Future Focus Foundation will be offering a free educator workshop to ignite STEM in our community and our classrooms. The event will highlight our community partner, Leland Melvin STEM Center at Jubilee Family Development Center. Jubilee has been a vital supporter of youth and STEM through the development of programs and service offerings to inspire young people to pursue their future hopes and goals. The workshop will open with conversations with Leland Melvin, an exploration of the center, and participation in professional development focused on science and engineering practices. A certificate of attendance will be provided to all participants. Participants will also be provided an opportunity to apply for a mini-grant to be awarded materials to enhance STEM learning in the classroom.
