Two children, adult injured after car falls into gorge in Serendah


PETALING JAYA: A car carrying seven people fell into a 10m-deep gorge, injuring three people.

When contacted, Selangor Fire and Rescue Department director Morni Mamat said the incident occurred today (April 15) near the Serendah Bypass.

A team from the Kuala Kubu Baru fire station was dispatched to the scene, arriving at 4.30pm.

Children aged between 4 and 12 were in the car during the mishap.

Three girls were rescued before firefighters reached the scene, and the remaining two boys, aged 4 and 5, suffered injuries.

One of the two adults, both in their 30s, was also injured.
