While under the umbrella of jazz, Khito is influenced by a variety of artists such as Badbadnotgood, Yussef Dayes,Tigran Hamasayan, Meshuggah, Fleet Foxes, Pink Floyd, Grizzly Bear and Thelonius Monk. Using these influences Khito maneuvers around jazz using hip hop back beats, funk inspired bass lines, bebop and soul inspired melodies through prog inspired arrangements.
