Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to Calendar #449 H.R.8404, Respect for Marriage Act, post-cloture. By unanimous consent, all time during adjournment, recess, Morning Business, and Leader remarks will count post-cloture on the motion to proceed.

We expect to vote on the motion to proceed to the Respect for Marriage Act during Thursday’s session.
