By answering a free, anonymised company survey, your company will be part of a pioneering report into diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts within the UK transport sector. The report will include actionable data, insights, and a league table all organisations in the sector will be able to use to better understand and benchmark their DEI efforts.

Participants will also receive a valuable package of tailored insights and resources to help drive change in their specific organisation.

What’s involved?

The short survey consists of 22 questions, seven of which are optional. All companies who complete the survey will not only be contributing to this important industry research, but will also receive some free resources to help drive DEI in their organisation.

Companies will have the option of completing the full WORK180 DEI survey (the full survey is directly between you and Work180), free of charge for a limited time. Those who complete the full survey will additionally benefit from the following:

• An overall DEI score for benchmarking purposes
• A tailored selection of expert resources to help your team drive change
  
• A summary DEI report, which:

1. Provides a holistic and intersectional view of DEI in your organisation
2. Includes further benchmarking data specific to your organisation
3. Normally costs £2,500 (when sold as part of The Progress Hub)

How to get involved

• Register your interest via this form
• Please wait while we ensure you meet the survey criteria
• Eligible organisations will receive the survey via a link
• Use the save functionality to complete the survey at your chosen pace
• All submissions will remain anonymous, but organisations will be invited to identify themselves on the final league table within the report.

Please note, all information submitted will be held by Women in Transport in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and 2018 Data Protection Act and will be treated confidentially. Information will only be shared with WORK180 as necessary for the purposes of sending the survey link.
