Ingredients
- 1 package thawed swiss chard
- 5 tablespoons of leavening flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- a touch of pepper
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- oil for frying
Steps
- If using fresh chard: Separate the chard leaves from the package, cut the stalk.
- Wash the leaves. Cook them in boiling salted water for a few minutes.
