1. Search for book(s) you would like to borrow and fill its detail in the form.
2. Give us your up to date information.
3. Staff will contact you back to confirm your request.
Remark:
Full-time Iecturer and staff can check out maximum 20 books
Graduate student can check out maximum 15 books
Undergraduate, PC student and Part-time lecturer can check out maximum 10 books
