Message from the President
It is my pleasure to welcome you to the first edition of our NewsLetter for the year 2020. In January, we were delighted to launch 2020 with some highly interesting ERASMUS + projects where GLMS was directly involved in, such as IntegriSport and IntegriBall.
While through IntegriSport, GLMS mission is to educate law enforcement authorities in the overall fight against sport competition manipulations, we were also pleased to join a series of strong Partners such as UEFA and the Council of Europe in the official kick-off of the IntegriBall ERASMUS + project in Brussels. Educating the youth on match fixing threats is of paramount importance for GLMS !
Our Operations Team continues to monitor sport competitions day and night, while this month GLMS had the opportunity to issue its 2019 Final Annual Monitoring & Intelligence Report, which was highly appreciated by the whole Sports Integrity community.
As this is the first newsletter of the year, I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our members, partners and stakeholders an excellent year 2020.
Ludovico Calvi
GLMS President
