Entity Relations Analyst

Job Description

 JOB PURPOSE

To maintain positive business relationships with government entities and external stakeholders and to create stronger ties between LCGPA and these entities.

 

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

DESCRIPTION

Relationship Management

§  Support in the collection and analyzing of relevant data to make recommendations on improving and maintaining strong entity relationships.

§  Support in organizing entity relations activities and ensuring effective communication with government entities and stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

§  Assist in ensuring that LCGPA provides government entities with key business information in a timely manner.

§  Support in maintaining ongoing communication with government entities to be aware of their procurement and local content needs and requirements.

§  Support in taking proactive action to remove potential challenges that government entities may face either before or during the procurement process.

§  Assist in receiving and responding to all procurement-related enquiries from government entities before and during the procurement process.

§  Assist in preparing and providing monthly reports to relevant LCGPA stakeholders on status of entity relations processes, progress, and concerns.

§  Support in communicating with the Center of Excellence team to coordinate government entity outreach initiatives and create joint plans to provide government entities with needed information in an efficient manner.

Supplier Performance Management

§  Support in identifying supplier deficiencies and operational or transactional gaps in supplier processes that result in availability failures; work with supplier stakeholders at the management level to determine solutions and strategies for improvement.

§  Assist in analyzing and prioritizing supplier services and their operational cost components, looking at the interdependencies between the two; assess the data to determine potential action items that can result in service improvements and cost efficiencies.

§  Support in preparing, training, and educating suppliers on LCGPA’s internal processes, supply chain best practices, and defined key performance indicators prior to, and throughout, operations with LCGPA.

§  Support in partnering with suppliers to review their operations, make recommendations for improvement, and lead change.

§  Support in working with the Category Managers to implement clear and concise supplier performance improvement plans that highlight root causes of weak performance, actions taken to remedy the issues, and an accurate recovery date.

Data Collection

§  Assist in designing and implementing efficient data collection mechanisms to obtain relevant data from different government entities in a timely manner, and in accordance with specified guidelines; and assist in overall data collection efforts.

§  Make effective use of Etimad to ensure obtainment of government entities data in a timely manner.

§  Perform data entry work to place collected data in the Authority database, placing special emphasis on data integrity and accuracy.

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports

§  Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

§  Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
