Plan your 2021 summer with us at the Charles County Summer Camp & Activity Fair! This outdoor event takes place at the Charles County Fairgrounds on Saturday, May 22nd, 10a-2p. In partnership with The Playful Parent, we invite you and your family to come and enjoy an afternoon of fun activities, games, delicious fair food, and the opportunity to speak with camp representatives from across the region. Swag bags will be given to the first 100 families. Families are limited to four per household, must wear a mask, and adhere to social distancing during the event. Vendor Description: Calling all Summer Camp Providers and Vendors- Join us on Saturday, May 22th, 10:00a-2:00p at the Charles County Fair Grounds for our 2021 Charles County Summer Camp & Activity Fair. Meet local families and have an opportunity to network with other camp providers. Event is held outdoors at the Charles County Fairgrounds. Vendor spaces are 12' and pre-marked by staff. Vendors may start set-up at 8:00a. All vendor spaces must be set up by no later than 9:30a. Vendors will not be allowed entry after 9:30a. Vendors are limited to two people per space and are required to stay for the entire event. Vendors are required to complete a health screening, temperature check, and wear a mask for the duration of the event. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs (and tents if desired). Electricity is not available. Participants and families are admitted at 10:00a, and are limited to four per household, must wear a mask, and adhere to social distancing during the event.
