We are happy and looking forward to welcoming you back in the group classes live at the Shala!
As of Saturday 5 June, we can finally meet for group classes at the Shala again. It is our great pleasure to enjoy the feeling of togetherness in the safe, soft and kind energy of the studio with you! We've been talking about it so many times and now - finally - it makes sense to count the remaining days before we open the doors on Saturday 09:00 am for the weekly Yin yoga class as the first class after nearly 6 months of lockdown.
Thank you for your determination and support, it means the world to us!

ALL GROUP CLASSES WILL CONTINUE ONLINE AS WELL (live-streaming continues).

YOGA @ THE SHALA
Please register for the weekly class(es) of your choice as the places per class are limited and we would like to get an impression of the approximate number of people per class.
Send us an email with your class choice(s) and we'll get back to you to confirm your request.

Practical guidelines for the classes at the studio
- we trust you in treating each other respectfully
- we can guide you how in placing the mats in reasonable distances
- windows will be opened regularly to ventilate
Yogamat
- bring your own mat (you can leave it at the Shala at your own risk)
- you can buy a yoga mat at the Shala (organic, several colors and qualities)
- you can use one of our mats: € 1,- per class (cleaned after each class)
Entrance & changing room
- please be considerate and mindful when sharing these with fellow yogis
Toilet
- we provide paper towels & hand sanitizer
- you can clean the toilet seat with the cleaning wipes provided
PLEASE throw all trash IN THE BIN UNDERNEATH THE SINK - NOT IN THE TOILET!!!

Yogashala Summer closure
We will close Yogashala from 19 July up to and including 15 August.
All card classes purchased that include this period have an additional validity of 4 weeks. (You'll be emailed / get the correct dates on your card when purchasing it.)
