Product Native: This traditionally made Chicken Masala is from a small traditional village Nagampalli in TamilNadu (India).

Specialty: Couple of decades back all Chicken Masalas were made traditionally at home. But now with with change in life style prepacked masalas were used thus we lost the original aroma of Chicken Kuzhambu at our home. This Masala is prepared in authentic Kongu style. All the raw materials were fried in traditional way using Sesame Oil (Nallennai) and chilli flakes are used in order to bring the original aroma. Also Chillis were naturally dried before processing.

Ingredients: Country Coriander (Nattu Malli), Black Pepper (Milagu), Cumin (Seeragam), Bark, Anise (Pattai, Sombu), Chilli flakes (Milagai Vatral), Red Chilli (Vara Milagai), Curry leaves (Karuveppilai)
