One of the worst corporate application I have ever found. If you enter the correct pin it will reflect as incorrect pin. The IT department should look into the bugs and fix it as customer needs hasslefree service and this types of services creates a bad image in the customer mind about the company. When you have invested so much on such costly applications so why no to provide a provide a smoother and easier way of dealing with it. Request you to solve this issue at the earliest.

Worst experience while I m going to log in, after many attempts even with finger print as well as pin, application shows the msg that please try again, please try again, so what it this, if anything is going wrong with log in details. Msg must be like pin invalid or wrong pin something like that... But there is a msg from out of the syllabus.. 😞😞😞😔😔😔

This is the worst app. First, the FG company does not allow customers to make payment from any other apps. Their own app is such a disaster! Even after the payment is made, there is no way for you to know immediately if the payment was successful or not. The app crashes all the time, does not show compled payme t notifications and historical data, nothing!! Is this the worst app or the worst insurance company as well? Should I cut my losses and move on with another company?
