IMPORTANT
In order to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus, this meeting will be conducted pursuant to the provisions of the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20, which suspended certain requirements of the Brown Act. If you would like to provide public comment, we encourage you to submit them via email to the Council here: towncouncil@townofwindsor.com. Please refer to the end of the agenda for additional options on providing public comment and viewing the meeting, including instructions for individuals choosing to attend the Council meeting in person.

Per direction provided by the Sonoma County Health Officer, a facial covering is required to be worn in all Town facilities.

Town Councilmembers and Windsor Unified School District Board Members may be participating in the meeting remotely via teleconferencing or other electronic means consistent with the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20.

The next regular meeting of the Town Council is scheduled for June 3, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., in the Civic Center Council Chambers located at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor. The next regular Windsor Unified School District Board of Trustees is scheduled for Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. on zoom, streamed live on Facebook.

INSTRUCTIONS:

* If you choose not to attend the special meeting but wish to make a comment on a specific agenda item, please submit your comment via email by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at towncouncil@townofwindsor.com. 

* If you are watching the live stream via Zoom and wish to make either a general public comment or to comment on a specific agenda item as it is being heard please "raise your hand", during the public comment period, which is limited to three (3) minutes.

* If you choose to attend the special meeting in person, you will be required to maintain appropriate social distancing, i.e., maintain a six-foot distance between yourself and other individuals. Please note, seating is limited.
