Is A Website Important For My Business?

Well, lemme just tell you all. Last weekend I was riding around with my friends and we saw a café we’d never seen before (this is local). We’re a small group that enjoys going to locally owned businesses- so we were interested in finding out more about this place.

The first thing I did was Google the place and look for a website. There wasn’t one. My initial reaction was disappointment, and I thought well now I can’t find out more about this place to see if I want to check it out. That’s what I do anytime I see a new place I want to check out and I would almost bet that you do the same most, if not all the time. Right?

So yes, A website is so important for your business. It introduces potential customers to your brand and gives them a first impression of your business and whether or not they want to check you out. It also establishes credibility. If you have a professional, organized, user friendly, eye-catching website, then that reflects on how you do business.

When I see that someone has a killer looking website, I’m much more likely to go check them out. That’s how humans work. How does that song go? “I see it, I like it, I want it, I bought it”, right? That sums up how humans make decisions. If something isn’t appealing to our eye, then we tend to give up on it much sooner than we would if it caught our eye.

Don’t leave out a website if you’re a business owner! Especially a new business! I know it’s though to budget for digital marketing when you’re first starting out, but a good Digital Marketing Specialist will work with you as best they can. As a new business, you want to make a good first impression and bring in as many new customers as possible. A website is such a helpful tool for that!

If you need someone to build you a website, I’m your boy. Let’s do it
