Claims Processor

As a member of the Spending Accounts team, the Claims Processor is responsible for properly adjudicating our clients’ consumer-driven health plan claims, in accordance with plan-specific policy provisions, to determine extent of company’s liability, make approval or denial decisions, and negotiate settlements with claimants.

Client Service Manager

As a member of the Admin Solutions team, the Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for the successful management of our clients’ project plans relating to the implementations, annual renewals, ongoing administration and special projects. This involves developing client plans to properly outline tasks, resources and timelines, coordinating team resources to meet project deadlines, and reporting project statuses and milestones to the Admin Solutions Team Manager. This position requires strong demonstrated project management experience in benefits administration (preferably Health & Welfare) and/or handling complex technical projects.

Safety Manager

The Safety Manager will observe job sites, coordinate safety with contractors, and implement occupational health policies and procedures to promote and ensure effective safety operations.  The Safety Manager will work onsite with the client and collaborate with the Graham Company Safety Services team as needed.

Strategic Account Executive

The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) is the guardian of the strategic customer relationship and orchestrates the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive products, services and solutions to strategic key accounts. The SAE is fully responsible for the retention, development, servicing and expansion of their assigned accounts.

Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building with producers and account management teams from within the MMA Health and Welfare and Business Insurance divisions. The role requires a proactive approach to prospecting and lead qualification, with a focus on creating and nurturing valuable connections. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the Retirement division’s growth and contributing to its overall success.

Underwriter

The primary role of the Underwriter Financial Consultant is to work with the Account Teams on assigned cases, providing complex financial analysis and utilizing modeling tools to evaluate benefit programs and their impact on overall business objectives, including the management and control of client risks and losses.

Employee Advocate

Helps respond to basic customer inquiries regarding the products and services the Company offers.

Answers, documents, and monitors call center calls, emails, and transactions.

Requests additional/missing information from the customer via letter or telephone call to answer customer inquiries.

Assists in tracking client and product order information and logging client data in spreadsheets to assist with monitoring call center activity.

Call Center Supervisor

The Call Center Supervisor leads the Call Center team members to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction is being met while maintaining the call volume in a timely and professional manner. This individual is responsible for coaching, mentoring and educating their team members to ensure each individual is developed to their fullest potential, while ensuring the calls are meeting the service level agreements and creating a positive experience for the customer. Additionally, this role will work in conjunction with the Call Center management team, including the Quality Control Manager to ensure consistency across all Call Center processes.

Senior Employee Advocate

The Senior Employee Advocate works in partnership with the Employee Advocate to ensure that client expectations are met in the area of verbal and written responses and customer support.   Responsibilities include providing support though inbound and outbound calls, supporting projects to the client teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and training to the Employee Advocates, and serve as a leader within the Call Center.

Accounts Receivable Specialist

The primary role of the Accounts Receivable Specialist is maintain the day to day activities of the accounts receivable function and support the Finance Manager in the daily process of receipts, recording, and reconciling carrier and client payments.

Senior Benefit Consultant – Large Market

As a member of our Large Market team, the Senior Benefit Consultant (SBC) is a critical contributor to achieving a high level of client satisfaction and retention with the collaboration and support of a cross-functional team of Producers, Account Managers, and Underwriters.  The key responsibility within this role is to manage the tangible day-to-day client support for all services and products delivered to clients in order to align with the strategic vision of our partnership.  The primary responsibilities of the SBC is to evaluate client benefit plans and design changes, develop and implement solutions to client issues, and participate in a cross functional team to support Producers, Account Managers, and Underwriters in servicing clients.

Senior Benefit Consultant – Voluntary Benefits

As a member of the Voluntary Benefits team, the Senior Benefit Consultant (SBC) is a critical contributor to achieving a high level of client satisfaction while supporting the overall operational and technical solutions of the practice. The SBC will manage the implementation and ongoing management of new and existing Voluntary Benefit clients, which includes developing and managing project plans, creating client communications, and coordinating resources including carrier integration. The SBC will also support new and existing client sales, collaborate on the RFP process, review client profitability and develop strategies to improve plan participation.

Account Manager  –  Enterprise

The Enterprise Account Manager (AM) is the guardian of the customer relationship and orchestrates the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive products, services and solutions to strategic accounts in our under 100 medical enrolled lives segment (Enterprise). The Enterprise AM will work closely with the Client Advisors on the implementation, retention, development, servicing and expansion of their assigned accounts.

Senior Benefit Specialist

The Senior Benefit Specialist – Client Relations provides program support to Voluntary Benefits clients directly and by managing the day-to-day operations of the client account which is achieved by collaborating with the team on client deliverables and expectations, managing the profitability of the team’s block of business, looking for ways to cross sell within the account, providing strategy to increase participation and managing the client financials to ensure profitability.
