Men's Mental Health is unfortunately stigmatised and deemed as a weakness. My aim is to take away that stigma, and to highlight the importance to men about talking and opening up.

With the help of a few others who share the same passion as me, I have created a group called The Men's Mind Project to offer a safe and confidential place for men to open up if they feel their mental health is suffering. This is proving to be very successful and we are now hoping to expand further, creating our own charity to continue to support Men's Mental Health.

All donations will be used to provide more useful resources including counselling where needed, life coaching, further mental health training for volunteers and to generally spread awareness.
