Dark Chocolate Pretzel Cake
Pretzels simply covered in chocolate have nothing on this ridiculously yummy, pretzel-topped dark chocolate treat.

Ingredients
- 115 grams unsalted butter, chopped
- 450 grams dark chocolate, chopped
- 4 eggs, separated
- 55 grams caster (superfine) sugar
- 12 grams sea salt flakes
- 50 grams mini pretzels
Steps
- Preheat oven to 160°C. Lightly grease and line a 20-centimeters round springform cake tin with non-stick baking paper.
- Place the butter and chocolate in a large bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir until melted and smooth. Remove the bowl from the heat and set aside.
