LikedRight from the beginning we felt like family. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly everyday! The maintenance man was right the the minute we needed him, small problem with the tv .Breakfast had good variety

DislikedNothing was bad about the hotel. We just had a problem at 4 in the morning because of rowdy guest but a phone call to the front desk handled this right away!

LikedThe location was nice. Walking distance to restaurants and to the harbor with the shops and food trucks. I liked having a private balcony.

DislikedMy room was on the first floor, which was below the lobby area. The room was very dark, and we could hear the laundry room and the elevator motor. I would have enjoyed it much more if my room had been on a different floor. The breakfast area is small and gets crowded fast.

DislikedWhen they say they offer breakfast they didn't really offer breakfast I mean a couple granola bars are muffins out of a basket isn't really considered breakfast
