Do a Backup

We strongly recommended doing a full backup of your files and database before installing NitroPack. Most hosting providers have a built-in website backup option, which can be accessed from your hosting administration panel. For more information on creating a backup of your files and database, please contact your web hosting provider.

Uninstall Other Page Cache Extensions

If you're using 3rd party extensions that provide a full page cache or modify the Magento page cache, we recommend disabling or uninstalling them to avoid conflicts with NitroPack. For more information on how to disable them, please refer to their documentation.
