Emman Nimedez trends as netizens pay tribute to the vlogger
Vlogger Emman Nimedez passed away before dawn Sunday after battling acute myeloid leukemia, shocking and surprising everybody who's stayed with Emman since he opened up about his illness last May.
On social media, Emman has been in the trending topics of Twitter Philippines all through Sunday morning as tributes poured in for him, including many of his celebrity friends, who have consistently shown support for Emman.
Cosplayer Alodia Gosiengfiao sent her condolences to Emman's family and friends, saying, "I am deeply shocked and saddened. Not only is he a friend and colleague but a teammate as well."
"Dear Emman, you will be missed," she added.

On Instagram, Kapuso celebrity Isabel Ortega posted several photos with Emman and shared her hurt. "Ang sakit, last time na nagusap tayo, sinabi mo na kaya pa eh."
"Isa ka sa mga naging malapit ko na kaibigan sa showbiz. Isa ka sa mga tao na nagi-inspire hindi lang sa akin, kundi sa maraming tao. Rest in peace, Emman. Mahal kita," she added.
Some netizens are saying how his song "Teka Lang" have now taken on a new meaning, while others have been quoting Emman's ominous line: "If i die, I am a legend." There are a few more referencing Team Payaman, and how it can't be spelled without him.

On Friday, Emman was in critical condition after he encountered kidney failure and blood complications.
His girlfriend Peachy Santos confirmed his passing on Facebook Sunday.
