it was amazing

I'm writing this review during the pandemic. With all the uncertainty in the world, it was a delight to slip into the pages of this charming novel and escape. A sweet romance about second chances, our protagonist Becky is kind, relatable, and direct, the latter of which I loved most about her. I also found her struggles as a single mum trying her best to provide for her child very compelling. Their relationship was very sweet. The push and pull dynamics of the romance element are expertly realized and felt very natural to me. The writing is flawless and flows so easily, drawing you right into the story from page one. A beautiful debut and looking forward to more from this debut author!
