• The qualifying trade-in does not have to work, but it must be a complete unit with all internal parts.
• After completing a trade-in purchase, we will contact you in 1-2 business days to give you an RMA for your trade-in item.
• You'll be responsible for shipping your trade to Emotiva.
• Simply box it up in a responsible manner and send it to us.
• We will send out your newly purchased RMC-1 or XMC-2 as soon as we receive your trade-in unit.
• There are no returns on the traded-in item.
• The 30-day trial period will apply to the new product purchase.
• The trade-in value is promotional and has no cash value.
• We will not be able to return your trade-in item to you and will not reissue another credit towards a future purchase if you complete a return.
• We will send out your newly purchased RMC-1, RMC-1L, or XMC-2 within 5-10 business days after receiving your trade-in unit. This allows for inspection of your trade-in item and build time for your new processor.
