For my safety, the safety of my fellow volunteers, the safety of immigrants, and the cooperation of Greyhound and Greater Dayton RTA, I agree to the following:

I will not serve "homemade" food (only packaged or purchased). *
If I take pictures of immigrants, it will only be of feet, hands, or backs of heads (nothing that could give away their identities). *
I will not drive a passenger in my car for any reason.  If someone must be transported for special circumstances, I will use Uber, Lyft, or commercial taxi.   *
I will not keep a passenger in my home or take them to a restaurant.  If they must stay somewhere overnight, it would be in a hotel. *
I will not feed homeless people or offer them money in or around the Greyhound station.  I can offer them information on resources instead. *
I will not engage with anyone who expresses hostility towards this work.  If someone harrasses me, I will report it to the station manager and leave.   *
I will try to find out where those I am helping are going, take a rough count, and post that information and specific needs to the Facebook page (as time and the situation allows). *
I will pass on questions and concerns to one of the volunteer coordinators via Facebook or email (daytonimmigration@gmail.com), or, if needed, by text or call to phone number to be arranged. *
If I cannot make a shift that I have signed up for, I will notify the volunteer coordinator via Facebook or email (daytonimmigration@gmail.com). *
I will not to speak to the media. *
I will follow all public health protocols (e.g., physical distancing, masks) *
I may reciprocate hugs, but I will not initiate them.   *
