Well, this volume definitely had some plot twists I did not expect. I find it amusing that after being married, Touya has temporarily taken on the role of the Matchmaker, and it's a pretty good way of shifting focus from the events of Volume 21. Being perfectly honest, however, I'm not 100% sold on him meeting all of his kids. I feel like it breaks the, hmmm... Immersion a bit. Like, I'm fine with the author giving us a sneak peak into the future (similar with the clock tower a few volumes back), but the entire entourage of kids? Seems a tad bit forced, and I feel like the story would progress better with only the kids that are present now, without any more arriving. Could be just me though. As other people have said, some of the wording and sentences is a bit clunky and confusing at times, but whatever. Happens. Overall, another strong release.

Ahh, we finally got to meet Touya's and Ende's kids. It has been a long journey for Touya and his wives, and the novel has finally gotten around and made Touya's family the focal point. I've been following this series for a while and although the series isn't what you call a literary masterpiece, it sure is relaxing reading Touya's adventure with his 9 wives. I've been excited for the release of this volume, especially when the author has been uploading snippets of the story on twitter. It feels like we're starting a new chapter in Touya's life, especially with the introduction of Quun, Yakumo as well as Ende's daughter Allis. Not only are we treated with new names, we are also reunited with past characters. Together with the last volume, it has been a while we had a relaxed atmosphere to the story, just plain ol' slice of life. It's a nice change pace for sure, especially after the whole reverse world ordeal. As fun as this series was, it's still a work that needs a lot of improvements. I'm not a fan how the author had structured the chapters in this series, and the flow of the story was quite messy, it confused me at times making me reread sentences and even paragraphs at times. Another downside from this volume was how short it was. I'm seeing a pattern where the stories are getting shorter after each release. I would've loved if we gotten a longer story, especially the last chapter. All-in-all, I enjoyed this volume very much, and I'm very pleased to see that Touya's family is growing by the minute. I can't wait for the next volume release, and I hope everyone else who bought this book enjoyed it as much as I did.

Just as engrossing as every other volume! By the time I realized I was done with it (Which I fully read in one day. So much for trying to savor it.) I was already trying to find out the release date for volume 23! The story has progressed fairly well but the filler just after the wedding is kind of dull; but the new focal point is incredibly interesting and full of so many great opportunities and twists/turns. I can't wait for future volumes!
